[Qt-creator] Request: dropping support for macx-g++ to *compile* Qt Creator

Is macx-g++ needed for any of the Qt builds for which we might need
to ship SDK packages at some point of time? If so, dropping that
configuration for building Creator might impact building the SDK...

If we don't need it for the SDK, the idea sounds ok.
