[Qt-creator] New terminal plugin for QtCreator

It doesn't seem to bad to me actually... There are a few things missing like hooking up copy+paste, but I can do that quickly.

Also, I have a few patches in my local copy of qt-creator that serve to make the terminal experience better.

I will be putting them up for upstreaming asap.

I tried doing this before and quickly discovered the limitations of
QTermWidget. Unless they've fixed a lot of bugs in the last couple
years you won't want to use QTermWidget for anything more than simple
shell operations.
