[Qt-creator] New terminal plugin for QtCreator

I ultimately settled on using xterm in X11. Integration is iffy but at
least keybindings actually work, unlike Terminal.app which tries to
act like a real OSX app at the cost of eating keystrokes you actually
wanted to send to the application.
