[Qt-creator] Jump to Start or End of Document

Except that on *every* other program that edits text on OS X "Command + Up" does the same thing which is what I am used to when working with OS X programs. When I am in Windows programs I can make the context switch to use "Home" and "End".
So is there any way to change the behavior?

Usually the "Command + Up Arrow" or "Command + Down Arrow" would do that but apparently not in QtCreator. I took a look through the keyboard shortcuts but I did not see anything listed that describes what I am looking for.
