[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 2.6 reference card

Hi all,

I've updated our reference card for Qt Creator, wich was quite outdated 
after the 2.6 RC release.
With all the new features since the last one (2.4), and because I wanted 
to add at least the Git shortcuts, the card is using two pages:

It's not the final version, so if you are missing any important 
shortcuts, please speak up.

The final version will be available for free on our website:
http://www.kdab.com/qtcreator/
in letter and A4 format, as well as a Mac version, with the ugly Mac 
shortcuts :)
