[Qt-creator] Windows 8 and MS rules for selling via their APPs store

Microsoft has indicated that all applications for Windows 8 must be sold via their apps store. This includes tablet and desktop.  
A thirty percent commission is required.

What will MS do about apps that are free, shareware, or gratuitous.
