[Qt-creator] 2.6: Crash on First Run if config does not exist

Running command: start %~dp0tool\qtcreator\bin\qtcreator.exe -settingspath
%~dp0tool\qtcreator\config
It only happened on first run.
After that, the crash is gone.
Sorry, I have no time to catch the reason, but it seems from QtSupport
module.
