[Qt-creator] [Dev] Qt Creator 2.6 string freeze

Hi,

since the 2.6 beta was now two weeks ago, we should go into string freeze. (The plan on our wiki had it this week.)
If you are not sure about what that means, read this: http://qt-project.org/wiki/Submit-Policies
If you still are not sure about what that means feel free to ask, e.g. on IRC ;)

If nobody cries out loud before, I declare monday (1.9.) to be the last day for translatable string changes, i.e. on EOB 1.9. the 2.6 branch goes into "in string freeze" state.
