[Qt-creator] [To-Do] "Whole Project" entries

Hi,

The way filtering works in To-Do plugin is a little bit confusing.
The "Current File" filter is clear, but the "Whole Project" filter is not.

Shouldn't the "Whole Project" read "Whole Session"
or, even better, "All Projects"?
