[Qt-creator] Patch approval on 2.7 branch

Hi,

I would like to ask if it's possible to get one more patch in the QNX 
plugin that brings minor UI changes on 2.7:

We made several improvements in QNX plugin for 2.7  to provide an 
infrastructure to handle the BlackBerry signings code keys process from 
within Qt Creator.

Originally there were two changes (with UI modifications) targeting 2.7, 
we now abandoned one and like to ask to accept this one at least, as 
it's a very substential feature when using Qt Creator for BlackBerry 10.

It basically enables to get the "generated" AuthorID (and AuthorName) 
from a debug token file to set correctly the application descriptor file 
for packaging (which is a mandatory step). Otherwise the user has to 
fetch the file manually or using Momentics IDE.

The patch was submitted quite some time before the string freeze, but it 
took time to review it and it has been now committed into master.
