[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 2.8 "freezing", Qt Creator 3.0 schedule

Hi,

with the Qt Creator 2.8 RC out, the 2.8 branch is now in "freezing" state.

* Only P0/1 fixes (or high “severity / risk” ratio), translations and documentation fixes are allowed. Fixes must be checked with release manager.

Following http://qt-project.org/wiki/Releases, 
the current plan for the Qt Creator 3.0 release is:

* Freeze wk39 (~Oct 01 2013)
* Beta + soft string freeze wk41 (~Oct 15)
* String freeze wk43 (~Oct 29)
* RC wk45 (~Nov 12)
* Release wk47 (~Nov 26)

Which gives us about 2 1/2 months time for feature development, with a final nicely a few weeks before christmas holiday season.
