[Qt-creator] Very aggressive Qt-Creator indexing with the latest 2.8 beta

I confirm, I build QTC with CONFIG+=console  and set system variable
  set QTCREATOR_DUMP_FILENAME_WHILE_PARSING=defined

and found that indexing runs on file editing (for every input char), on
file switching.

It valid for 2.8.81 (master) and 2.7.83 (2.8 branch). But I don't observe
"Indexing notice"
