[Qt-creator] Is there a way to load qtcreator plugins 'manually'?

Hiya,
what I want to do: I have a QtCreator plugin, which on start looks into a folder and
if it finds QtCreator plugins there, it loads them into the running QtCreator instance.
Is this possible?
