[Qt-creator] QtCreator 2.7 includes

Hello,

I've just started testing the brand new QtCreator 2.7. I'm using a non-qt related project in my company. It's quite big but QtCreator 2.6.2 copes quite good with it. 

Unfortunately after importing the project into QtCreator 2.7 and waits until it complete parsing all files, I've found that many files with #include <...> or #include "..." are not seen. Means that I can see them in project and find in Locator, but the text editor insists that it cannot found it.

Is it a known issue or maybe not issue at all but some kind of feature?
