[Qt-creator] Design 3#

I am not going to comment on the flat interface, nor the tabs, nor menus on
the title bar.

However:
The icons are just epic, please do share then independently and let
QtCreator 3.1 use them (3.0 is done by now, correct?). Maybe adding a
little more contrast on light themes will help, but this is *just nice.*
