[Qt-creator] New Design #3.1

Hi Elias,

I think, that current design of QtC is nice. It also more adopted for wide
but low-height displays (like my EeePC with 1024x600 display). My single
suggestion: make windows/panes floatable. To move for example Search
Results (or Search & Compliller Output) panes to the second monitor. Or
open second document (or split current edit window) and move it to second
monitor too.

PS tabs is an evil :-)
