[Qt-creator] diff format and save

Hello

The side-by-side diff display is now active by default. In order to change it, 
one goes to the configuration dialog, in the Git section (huh? is this 
supported only for git?)

I was wondering if there would be value in being able to choose the diff 
format from the diff view directly.

And somewhat orthogonal, but perhaps related to the way the diff data is 
available to the diff view, would it be interesting to be able to save the 
diff data itself?
