[Qt-creator] Impossible to configure remote Valgrind

Hello,

I'm actually writing a program under Windows 7 64 bits with Qtcreator and I
want to do some profiling.

I tried to follow this guide:
http://qt-project.org/doc/qtcreator-3.1/creator-running-valgrind-remotely.html
However there is nothing much to follow there, it doesn't say how to
connect to the remote server... And I wasn't able to find it by myself...

Any help would be very appreciated.
