Yes, actually you have to enter the mkspec name, not the path to the 
mkspec file.

I see one error on your screen shots, why your compiler is of type 
"Linux ICC"? It should be set to "GCC".

With these settings, now does that finally work? The original errors 
that you reported should be gone.
