[Qt-creator] qt creator and Application Output pane

Hi!
Is it way to implement own Application Output pane in plugin?
Current pane in qt creator is really simple.
I need somthing more, with colors, filters, etc.
Would be good to have some point without changing qtc code.
Or maybe there is some call in which I can tell, give me outout data 
from app.
I will be greatfull for any info in that area.
