[Qt-creator] error detected on OS X Yosemite

Some of the users of our application have reported this as well. I'm not
running Yosemite nor do I have a trackpad, but I have a feeling that
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-42731 may be the culprit.
Note that, while that issue mentions a QComboBox, I think it applies to a
QMenu shown in a popup as well.

Do you get the problem if you are very careful to *not* scroll at all with
the trackpad when the menu is popped up? It seems to me that you're more
likely to scroll slightly with a trackpad than with a mouse, and that would
explain why we only get reports of this from people using trackpads.
