[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 3.1 release schedule

Hi all.

http://qt-project.org/wiki/Releases has just been updated to contain 
the following tentative dates for the Qt Creator 3.1 release:

    Feature Freeze wk 8 (~Feb 18 2014)
    Beta Release wk10 (~Mar 4 2014)
    String freeze wk 12 (~Mar 18 2014)
    Release Candidate wk 14 (~Apr 1 2014)
    Release Candidate II or Final Release (~Apr 15 2014)

This is will be the first release containing the previous wip/clang
branch as experimental plugin. It's already integrated into the master
branch, but building currently still takes some manual effort, see

Some people might find the effort worthwhile nevertheless.
