[Qt-creator] Compiling fails to link *sometimes*

I've had similar issues that I haven't been able to resolve. Although when it happens, it will usually keep happening until I reboot. I am also unable to manually delete the file. I don't think my issues are qt-creator related.

It's a work machine, so I'm sure there's some sort of antivirus running on it.  It looks like Trend Micro OfficeScan is installed.

Sometimes a compile works fine, sometimes it doesn't.  And usually when it doesn't, if I immediately press the compile button again, it works.
