[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 3.1 string freeze tomorrow

Just the usual heads up for people still working on 3.1 
contents with user visible messages:

http://qt-project.org/wiki/Releases has been mentioning 
"String freeze wk12 (~March 18 2014)" for a while.

Taking that seriously means there is a limit at 24:00 CET 
for changes that touch translatable strings. So please
get any such pending changes in really soon now.
