[Qt-creator] Gala QtCreator plugin evaluation

I'll summarize some suggestions:

1. Rename project
       I like "QtCreator-JsExtensitions-Plugin"

2. Rename .gala extention back to .js
     I think it should be composite extention I propose .jep.js (jep is
JsExtentionsPlugin). In this case we have all JS files with .js suffux and
still be able to recognize "scripting" plugin files as .jep.js

Also I'm planning to add setting dialog to see list of available script
plugins; able to disable, reorder and set parameters to its.
And add ability to create separate panes in sidebar (I think it will be
usefull to emmbed some QML widgets in sidebar).
