[Qt-creator] After update to 3.2.0 - No plugin can open project type "text/x-cmake"

Please go to Help > About Plugins and check if Build Systems > CMakeProjectManager is enabled and not grayed out.

Note that the cmake support depends on the  projectexplorer,  cpptools,  texteditor and  qtsupport plugins.
