[Qt-creator] No debugger on Qt 5.3.2 gcc_64 linux

I seem to remember some off-by-one in the determination
of whether the "Manage..." button should be active and the
work around was to simply clone the auto-detected debugger
(so there is more than one entries in the Debugger tab).

But I actually thought this was fixed...
