[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 3.4 feature freeze approaching

I have just created the 3.4 branch. master branch is locked down for a few days so you get used to using the new branch ;)
You’ll need to resubmit pending patches on gerrit that are supposed to land in 3.4 to refs/for/3.4.
