[Qt-creator] Recompile only one plugin

I have Visual Studio 2010 Express installed.

stddef.h is installed here: "c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio
10.0\VC\include\stddef.h"

One can get Visual Studio 2010 C++ Express from here:
