[Qt-creator] Recompile only one plugin

Yes. I uninstalled all installed apps related to Visual Studio.
I've installed MVC++ on Virtual Machine and all required headers installed
fine.
It's definitely something wrong with my PC.
If I'll find out what cause this I'll post it here.
