Why not 1.0.17? ;)

The download link on http://www.qt.io/download-open-source/ is out of date; it still says 1.0.14. Should probably just remove the version and link to the directory like Qbs.

Also, I'll update the Chocolatey package... which should be reviewed any day now®.
