[Qt-creator] maintenance tool

It looks like it's something to do with android for arm with Qt 5.5.  I 
don't build for android so I unchecked these with the install.  I 
reverted my virtual machine and tried installing with them selected but 
had the same thing.

As an aside, the popup is telling me to reinstall from scratch but if I 
try to uninstall, this fails.  Is it telling me to reinstall all from
