[Qt-creator] Why QtC does not use QDockWidget for most tool-panel

Discussion is not for total guarantee ... its about lowering the risks. I thinks we need answers to these:
1. Community see and agree that the feature will improve usablity in several use-cases. Real cases ... not imaginary one or "feelings"
2. Community see and agree that this better usability is needed for QtC
3. People express precise difficulties they see if feature will be decided for implemention

So I thinks this have to be done first ... and without this ... risk of rejecting if feature is notably higher
... imagine situation where community will get to final answer NONE to the first question or NO to second one ...
Agree?

This is why I started the discussion. Real answers to exact questions.
And now I am gathering all answers from community to this questions.


So sceptics and those who feel this is interesting are NEEDED and WELCOME to give answers to this questions !
