[Qt-creator] Beautifier Plugin Addition

Hello,

I think are actually 2 topics here:
1- automatically running beautifiers on save or commit (and possibly other conditions?)
2- supporting 'generic' beautifiers, e.g. running any command line tool to update a file

First option would be really great, as it would make beautifier-based workflows much more seamless.

Second option is somewhat redundant with external tools, but would allow better integration, like all the other beautifiers; esp. if first topic is implemented.

Best regards,

In addition, I want to create or update information in file header comments for changed files. Would it be reasonable to extend the beautifier with an option to specify arbitrary scripts to be run on file save?
