[Qt-creator] QtCreator 4.2 and #define name generation during creating new class

Good day, all in the list.

Many times QtCreator generate correct #define name with full namespace
during class creation.

#ifndef SOMENAMESPACE1_NAMESPACE2_CLASSNAME_h

#define SOMENAMESPACE1_NAMESPACE2_CLASSNAME_h


What had happened with this old feature in 4.2 ?
