[Qt-creator] [Dev] Qt Creator 4.0 soft-branched

Hi,

in preparation of the feature freeze for Qt Creator 4.0, I “soft-branched“ 4.0.

That means:
You should prefer the 4.0 branch for all your work that is supposed to end up in the 4.0 release.

The master branch is regularly merged back into 4.0 until the feature freeze next week,
so you do not have to retarget existing patches for master on codereview.
