[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 4.1 soft-branched

Hi all devs:

I have created the 4.1 branch.

!!! Please push all new changes that are supposed to land in Qt Creator 4.1.x to gerrit for the new 4.1 branch. !!!

Existing changes that are already on gerrit for the master branch can still be submitted to master:
We will do another merge from master -> 4.1 on EOB friday, so anything that is submitted to master till then will also end up in Qt Creator 4.1.x.
