[Qt-creator] Broken Qt Versions and Kits after removing some Qt Versions

I will do.

Why not enabling the "Remove" button if qmake was not found? A user
could remove a Qt Version with other tools than the maintenance tool
(e.g. simply deleting the folder containing a certain version).
