[Qt-creator] QtCreator plugin — name is missing

The plugin still uses a .pluginspec.in file for specifying meta data, which we got rid of in something like Qt Creator 3.3.
Nowadays plugins need to specify all their meta data in .json(.in) files directly (which were auto generated, but only barely sufficient for Qt 5’s plugin system before Qt Creator 3.3)
