[Qt-creator] Qt Creator predefined macro file

I have tried it out but it had no effect on code completion. As a
workaround we included the macro file temporarily in one of our basic
components. If I comment out that include the code completion fails again
with the suggested solution too. It is just a temporary workaround, we
would like to solve the problem properly (as our colleagues did it in
Eclipse with setting the preprocessor macros file).
