[Qt-creator] AutoTest broken

Hi,

while playing around with Qt Test I experienced several bugs related to the
AutoTest plugin.

I was wondering if they are already known before submitting proper bug
reports. They are:

- Tests not found when using QTest::qExec
- Tests executed twice (similar to QTCREATORBUG-17783
<https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-17783>)
- Qt Creator crashing when disabling QtQuickTest framework in options

These are happening in Qt Creator 4.4 and latest master.
