[Qt-creator] Build errors after Android SDK update

Hi,

it seems that Google messed around their SDK again - after recent
update Qt Creator is no longer able to build any Qt apps for Android.
All platforms appear to be hit:

Is there any bugreport for this? I've found a related (old) bug:
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-59236 I'm not sure if you prefer
to reopen it or rather I should create a new report?

If you need any more info ping me. Or if anybody knows any workaround for this.
