[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 4.5 feature freeze

I did the last merge master -> 4.5 this morning. Last sha1 from master which got into 4.5 was a8410721beca1acb9878453d2ac055c869cd02fb .

From now on everything in 4.5 will be in the 4.5 release, and everything in master will be in the 4.6 release.
4.5 is considered to be in feature freeze with the beta release being planned for in 2 weeks.
