[Qt-creator] GSoC Bazel Support

Hello everyone,

My name is Mostafa Ibrahem,I am a third year Undergraduate student
at faculty of Computer Science.
 I found the project about Bazel Support interesting and would like
to contribute towards it for GSoC '18. I am rather new to the qt group and
it would be of great help, if you can give me some pointers on how to
proceed. I would like to have a good understanding of the current
indentation process.
How can I get started?

 I have worked with C++ in many projects before  and am keen to learn more
 about qt. Apart from this I have some knowledge of C/C# , python and
assembly.
