[Qt-creator] Dropping support for Gerrit <2.15 in Qt Creator 4.11

Hi Orgad,

as said in the review, I'm one of these still using an older Gerrit.

Speaking for myself, I'm fine with dropping the private and wip support 
for older Gerrits (as I don't use them); but completely cancelling 
support would really hurt me.

Just my 2ct.
