[Qt-creator] CMake and jom support

Hi,

In the current state, using Qt Creator with CMake and MSVC does not work
out of the box.

The issue is that CMake calls 'jom', but jom.exe is not in the PATH.

Currently there are 2 solutions:
 1. Manually adding C:\Qt\Tools\QtCreator\bin to PATH
 2. Manually change the value of CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM

I have found 2-year-old forum posts complaining about this.

Is this a known issue? IS there any plan to fix it?
