[Qt-creator] Deployment of SerialTerminal plugin

I'd argue that there should be a plugin screen in QtC, like there is in OctoPi, Cura, Chrome, Firefox, npm, Qpm, etc., where the user can browse & download plugins (or in Qt's case probably build)
