[Qt-creator] Qt Creator talk at QtWS19

people in this ML going to QtWS19 could be interested in a talk I will give
next Tuesday 5 November at 14:00, room B09.

Title of the talk is "How to Create a Plugin For Qt Creator".

It would be nice to meet some Qt Creator developers too.
