[Qt-creator] Request advices for Qt Creator plugin developers to adopt API changes easily

Hi André,
Thank you very much for your advices.
I am just a user of ros_qtc_plugin not a "responsible person". Therefore
I cannot make a decision. I think ros_qtc_plugin contributors will make a
decision.
