True there is some risk of an infinite loop if the make `touch`es the Makefile, to maybe there is a way to compare hashes?

Thank you for that tidbit. I wonder what explains my behavior then?
I really do know how to use a computer, I promise! :-)

Anyway, it's working now (the Info.plist)
